<ADHR>의 최근호 아티클 리스트. 2017년 8월, 19(3).
 
"Integrating Research and Practice: From Aspiration to Action"이라는 주제로 6개의 아티클이 게재되어 있다. 구체적으로는 Scholar-Practitioner의 역할, 마인드셋, 육성에 대한 논문들이다. Schlolar-Practitioner란 학문과 실무의 경계를 넘나들면서 이론에 기반한 실무를 하고 동시에 실무를 통해 새로운 이론을 만들어내는 사람을 뜻한다. 20여년간의 회사경험과 함께 HRD 박사과정에 있는 내가 지향하는 정체성이라는 생각을 하고 있다. 논문을 보니 하나하나 관심가는 내용들이어서 다 프린트해서 차근차근 볼 생각이다.
