Humanly vs. Humanely

TEDx에서 본 HR 관련 동영상.

일터에 있는 구성원을 humanly하게 대할 것이냐, humanely하게 대할 것이냐는 문제 제기.

 

인간은 the need to be appreciated, the need to belong, the need to be making a meaningful contribution와 같은 욕구가 있다고 함.

"to honor someone's worth at work"(일터에서 타인의 가치를 존중하는 것"으로 시작하자는 제안.
