<ADHR>의 최근호 아티클 리스트. 2017년 8월, 19(3).
 
"Integrating Research and Practice: From Aspiration to Action"이라는 주제로 6개의 아티클이 게재되어 있다. 구체적으로는 Scholar-Practitioner의 역할, 마인드셋, 육성에 대한 논문들이다. Schlolar-Practitioner란 학문과 실무의 경계를 넘나들면서 이론에 기반한 실무를 하고 동시에 실무를 통해 새로운 이론을 만들어내는 사람을 뜻한다. 20여년간의 회사경험과 함께 HRD 박사과정에 있는 내가 지향하는 정체성이라는 생각을 하고 있다.
논문을 보니 하나하나 관심가는 내용들이어서 다 프린트해서 차근차근 볼 생각이다.

<ADHR>의 최근호(16권 3호, 2014 August)에 실린 아티클 리스트. "New Perspectives on Virtual Human Resource Development"를 주제로 하고 있다.

여기에서 VHRD(Virtual HRD)란, “media rich and culturally relevant webbed environment that strategically improves expertise, performance, innovation, and community-building through formal and informal learning”을 의미한다(Bennett, 2009, p. 364). 우리 말로 해석하면, "공식적, 비공식적 학습을 통해 전략적으로 전문성, 성과, 혁신, 커뮤니티 빌딩을 향상시키는, 미디어가 풍부하고 문화적으로 관련있는 웹 환경" 정도로 해석할 수 있을 것 같다. 특집호에 실린 아티클에 따르면, 단순히 HRD에 'Virtual(가상의)'을 입히는 것이 아니라 HRD 프랙티스의 패러다임을 바꾸는 것이라고 한다(Bennett, 2010; McWhorter, 2010). 그만큼 중요하고 주목할 만한다는 이야기일 것이다. 그래서, ADHR에서는 4년전에 특집호를 실었었고 이번에 다시 싣는다고 한다.
