HRDI 저널 20권 4호가 나왔다. (2017년, 20(4))
5개 아티클이 있는데 그 중 "Conceptualizing reflection in experience-based workplace learning." 아티클이 눈에 띈다. 제목만으로 봐서는 "경험에 기반한 일터 학습에서의 성찰을 개념화하기"인데 성찰에 대해 쓰여진 논문 같다. 경험을 통한 학습에 요즘 관심이 많은데 경험을 통한 학습에서 성찰이 어떤 역할을 하는지, 어떤 레벨이 있는지 등을 이해할 수 있는 논문일 것 같다. 한번 읽어봐야겠다.
